Sealed Rare

How can they clam to have sealed KISS ikon's trading cards packs on EBAY granted to have a rare card inside?
If is stilled sealed, how do you know. How dose this persion know if it has a rare card or not. I think who ever is selling this is not telling the truth and is lieing The only way to really know it for shore is to open it, but this persion is advertising it sealed and there for this persion is a cone that's trying to rip you off.
