What is the technical term for the reorganization of data from various data sources so that it maps for import?
I'm working on a paper related to the organization of data from multiple sources into an XML feed.
The data sources contain similar data (i.e. manufacturers) but the manufacturers in data source A are not formated the same as in data source B, and so on. What is the name of the process that 'fixes' this. Rationalization?
